Year Three
Team Updates
Welcome to Season 3. We have a roster that includes a mix of our founding members, second year vets and newcomers. We're excited to continue our growth and success from our first two years.
As our athletes have grown, we have some of our founding members taking on a hybrid Athlete/Assistant Coach role.
Founding members Nick Gau and Andrew Katafiasz will be building on their leadership experience from previous seasons and share their expertise with our younger athletes. They will be responsible for athlete development and running practices from time to time.
Practice Schedule
Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7pm-8:30pm.
This season we have curated a four meet schedule. These four meets are historically well-run and are held at high-quality facilities.
June 7th - Bodyarmour Games - High Point, NC
June 20th-22nd - Adidas Nationals - Greensboro, NC
July 12th - Mt. Olive Invite - Mt. Olive, NC
July 18th-20th - Blunt East Coast Invitational - Durham, NC
We ask that each athlete have a 2025 Flight Meet Survey form completed.
Uniforms
Flight Yellow and Blue tops are required to compete.
Athletes must wear black spandex bottoms. Per USATF standards only 1 makers logo may be on the bottoms, no larger than 2.5"x2.5".

Costs
There are no Team Fees for 2025. Full team practices are offered at no charge.
The costs associated are meet fees, and $65 uniform top.
New for 2025 - Individual Paid Sessions can be booked, dependent on availability, with Nick or Coach Robb.
